About us

Built by Techinfobiz for privacy operations

Techinfobiz Softwares & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. makes DPDP Consent Hub. The directory introduces a company. The workspace is where that company manages notices, consent, requests and records after the profile is claimed.

The product is for startups, MSMEs, larger companies and public institutions that need an operating place for this work. It is not a law firm and it does not replace a qualified adviser.

Read about the company

One platform for privacy and consent

Six work areas share the same company, the same notice versions and the same event history.

Consent management

Capture a choice, keep the notice version, and record a withdrawal on the same history.

Privacy notice management

Draft, version and publish notices for the sites and apps you connect.

Data principal requests

Keep access, correction and erasure requests in one queue with a status.

Grievance management

Publish a grievance contact and track each message without losing the thread.

Audit and reports

Each workspace event is hash-chained so later records point at the one before.

API and web SDK

Issue a key, add the script, and post consent choices from your own website.

Platform support

Questions about this product, an account, or a workspace go to the DPDP support inbox. A company grievance still uses the contact published on that company profile.

From a new account to a live consent record

Each step opens the page where that work happens. You can stop after the profile and return when the website is ready.

How a person experiences consent

Your website asks for a choice. The hub records the purpose, the notice version and a reference your system already uses. It does not ask the person for an identity document.

How the workspace is used

These walkthroughs describe real product behaviour on the demonstration directory. They are not paid endorsements and they are not legal outcomes.

“We keep the notice version beside each consent record. A withdrawal stays on the same history, and the readiness number is only our configuration progress.”

Privacy lead, payments workspace

“The public directory is the front door. Claiming the profile, then adding the website script, is the path before any consent event is stored.”

Product manager, retail profile

“Access and erasure requests share one queue. The grievance contact can be published on the company profile so people know where to write.”

Questions

Is a high readiness score a legal certification?

No. It is a self-assessed configuration score. The platform never labels an organisation legally compliant.

What happens after I register?

You get an account, then claim or create a company, verify a work email, complete the checklist, publish a notice and connect a website.

How does the verification code arrive?

The claim form emails a 6-digit code through Amazon SES. It expires in 10 minutes. On this local installation the code is also shown on the form if email does not go out.

Do you store customer identity documents?

No. A consent record uses an opaque reference from your system, plus the purpose, the choice and the notice version.

Can someone withdraw consent?

Yes. Withdrawal is stored on that consent history. Your other systems still need to honour the choice.

What does the free website scan decide?

It looks for HTTPS, a privacy-policy mention, a cookie-policy mention, consent wording and common tracker names. It is a surface check, not a legal audit.

Who can claim a directory profile?

A signed-in user. An email on the company domain is approved immediately. A different email waits for a platform admin.

What do the plans cost?

Free is ₹0, Starter is ₹999 a month, Business is ₹2,999 and Professional is ₹9,999. Enterprise is contracted with Techinfobiz. This version does not charge a card.

Are the directory companies real filings?

The eight starter profiles are demonstration records, including Northwind Payments. They are not government extracts.

Who answers product questions?

Disha, the consent guide, answers from the product guide. For a person, use Contact us. Neither one is a lawyer.
