Who operates this service

Techinfobiz Softwares & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. operates DPDP Consent Hub. Questions about this policy can go through the contact form. Chat introductions are emailed to [email protected].

Information the platform holds

• Account name, work email and a password hash when you register.
• Company profile details you or the demonstration directory provide, including a public contact where a company publishes one.
• Consent records that store an opaque reference from your system, a purpose, a choice and a notice version. The hub is not built to store Aadhaar numbers or identity documents.
• Request, grievance and incident text, encrypted at rest.
• Contact-form messages, encrypted at rest, plus the name and email needed to reply.
• Disha introductions: name, email and mobile number, emailed to the Techinfobiz admin inbox and stored with the contact records.
• A website address you submit to the public scanner.

Why it is used

To run accounts, company profiles, consent records, notices, requests and the product guide. The scanner result is a surface check of a public page. Disha answers from that same product guide. None of this decides that an organisation is legally compliant.

Cookies

The site sets two essential cookies: dpdp_sid for the encrypted session, and dpdp_auth after you sign in. Both are HttpOnly. Details are on the cookie notice.

Email

Verification codes, contact messages and Disha introductions are sent with Amazon SES. A welcome note may be sent when an account is created.

Sharing

Workspace data stays with the company that owns it, except where that company connects a webhook to its own system. The operator’s email provider delivers the messages described above. The platform does not sell personal information.
