These terms cover use of the DPDP Consent Hub website, directory and workspace. By creating an account or sending a message, you agree to them.
The service
DPDP Consent Hub is software from Techinfobiz Softwares & Solutions Pvt. Ltd. It helps a business keep company profiles, privacy notices, consent records, requests and an audit history. It does not provide legal advice, and it does not certify that anyone meets the Digital Personal Data Protection Act or any other law.
Accounts
You need a work email and a password of at least 12 characters with letters and numbers. You are responsible for activity under your account. A company claim is confirmed with an email code. An address on the company domain can be approved immediately. Another address waits for a platform admin.
Your content
You keep responsibility for the notices you publish, the purposes you configure, and the references you send from your own system. Consent rows should carry an opaque reference, not identity documents. You must have a proper basis for the information you place in the workspace.
Acceptable use
Do not probe private or local addresses with the scanner or webhooks, do not attempt to break access controls, and do not use the service to store raw identity documents. Login, registration, claims, scans, contact messages and Disha introductions are rate limited.
Plans
Published prices are Free, Starter at ₹999 a month, Business at ₹2,999 and Professional at ₹9,999. Enterprise is a separate contract. This build does not charge a card. Selecting a plan records the choice in the workspace. It is not a completed payment.
Availability
The service is provided as software in active development. A readiness score and a website scan describe configuration and public-page signals. They are not a promise of a legal result.
